FAQs
How do you ship?
We ship our reptiles our reptiles using Fed ex priority overnight shipping for next day morning arrival in well insulated and appropriate sized shipping boxes regulated by Lacy act and Fish & Wildlife. We use MorphMarket as our shipping service that handles all the middle man services through Fed Ex express shipping. We only ship animals Monday through Wednesday and will work with you and your schedule to determine a good shipping date.
What are your guarantees?
We guarantee safe and live arrival of all our dragons as long as they are picked up from your most local fed ex shipping hubs. We also offer 60 day health guarantee for our dragons. In the result of a dragon arriving with any issue, we must be contacted within 1 hour of stamped arrival by fed ex. We do not cover any injuries of neglect of care in customers procession, you must read our care sheet and follow our guide to ensure accurate and quality care. Sex of dragon is not guaranteed. Animals older than 12 weeks old come with 99.9 % accuracy of sexing. Animals that are 6-12 weeks are sexed with 99.5 % accuracy. It is unlikely that I incorrectly sex an animal, but it can happen.
What are your policies on Deposits, Holds, and Returns?
Deposits are non-refundable, holds are kept no more than 3 weeks. If customer does not respond within that time frame, we will be forced to place animal back on market for sale. All sales are final. Please be sure you are able to give proper care for the animal and are not purchasing on impulse.
Can I track my order?
Absolutely, we provide tracking info once your dragon ships. We will also be in contact if there are any delays and if any issues arise. Tracking can be found via email, or on your morph market message threat.
Taxes and Fees
To avoid Taxes and fees, please message us on instagram or through email. We accept payments via Venmo, Zelle, Cash app, and Apple Pay which we can use to avoid taxes and extra fees that any third party platform tries to charge us. We can save the both of us a few dollars! Unfortunately if you plan to use a credit card, or use one of our payment plan options we are not able to void any taxes or fees. Thank you for understanding.
Waitlists/Holds
If you are on one of our waitlists for a bearded dragon please understand that all holding deposits reserving your spot on the waitlist are non refundable. Waitlists are not forms of payment plans, we will continue to update you while you are on the waitlist. When the time comes to select your animal you will be contacted and given options to choose from. At the point we expect the remaining payment in full before our planned shipping date. In the event that we fail to execute in offering you one of the exact animals that you placed holding deposit for, we will provide you with a refund for your deposit. Only in this event will we give you a refund. When we plan waitlists it is because we are expecting with confidence that we will deliver the dragon that you desired to be waitlisted for.
